I’m not afraid of storms, the harder it comes the stronger I get.

If you are going to quit –

1)  Quit doubting yourself and start believing in you. If you don’t believe in yourself nobody will believe in you.

2)     Quit Bad habits.

3)     Quit Indiscipline.

4)     Quit Money wastrel.

5)     Quit Procrastination.

6)     Quit Laziness.

7)     Quit Backbiting.

8)    Quit Self-hate.

9)     Quit cheating on your wife.

10) Quit cheating on your husband.

11)  Quit lying. Lies depreciate mortals truth elevates them.

12) Quit racism
13) Quit nagging and complaining honey. Talking and putting your spouse down it won’t change a thing. Give thanks! Gratitude lessen the pain of sufferings.

14) Quit hard drugs/alcoholism and embrace a healthy life style.

15)  Quit bully.

16) Quit making folks look bad to make yourself look good.

17)  Quit smoking, it’s killing your heart.

18) Quit making babies you can’t care of.

19) Quit praying "God, get this weight off me." You can't get your butt off the comfort of your couch and exercise. God is not a baby seater. Get off your comfort zone and set your life right. God has giving you everything, you are the one standing in the way of your destiny.

20)  Quit praying, "God, give me knowledge." You can't pick up a book to read.  Exercise your mind, read a book every day.

21) Quit praying, "God, give me a good man." Why don't you get bad manners off your life and the good man will show up.  

Quit stressing yourself and start appreciating yourself. What you appreciate increase in value.
